We offer a variety of options to help you start your Pilates journey and seamlessly incorporate it into your routine. With choices to suit every budget and designed to fit around your lifestyle, our programmes make it easy to prioritise your health and well-being.

 

Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your practice, our programs are designed to empower you with strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Here’s how your Pilates journey with us unfolds:

1. Decide between:
1-to-1 Intro Session or Group Beginner Course

1-to-1 Intro Sessions

 

During this personalised consultation, one of our expert instructors will assess your needs, goals, any injuries or health issues. 

 

We’ll introduce you to the foundational principles of Pilates, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident before stepping into a class. This session is ideal for understanding how Pilates can support your unique wellness journey.

Sessions are available for Mat or Reformer Pilates.

Group Beginner Courses

​

 These group sessions are designed to introduce you to the core concepts of Pilates in a fun and supportive environment.

 

Over four weeks, you’ll:

  • Build core strength and stability.

  • Improve posture and flexibility.

  • Learn proper technique and form to maximise results and minimise injury risk.​

Short and commitment-free, this course allows you to experience the benefits of Pilates and decide if it’s the right fit for you.

2. Regular 1-to-1 Sessions or Group Classes
