1-to-1 Personal Training


Our 1-to-1 personal training sessions offer a fully customised fitness experience. Your personal trainer will design a program tailored to your specific goals, whether it’s improving strength, boosting endurance, or achieving weight loss.

Group Fitness Classes


Our group fitness classes provide a fun, high-energy environment where participants of all fitness levels can work toward their goals together.

Following our ethos of individual focus & personalisation, our classes are limited to as few as 4 clients, depending upon the class type.

 

These classes focus on various fitness components, including strength, endurance, and functional movement.

 

Our trainers offer modifications and progressions to ensure everyone gets a challenging and effective workout while enjoying the dynamic atmosphere of a group setting.

Integrated Services

At Laura Franklin Rehab, we believe in a multidisciplinary approach to fitness. Our Personal Trainers work closely with Therapists and Pilates instructors to create comprehensive programs that address every aspect of your health and performance.
