Service Description

Our Mat classes can help improve your core stability, body awareness, posture, balance, strength, stamina, flexibility, respiratory health & manage stress levels. Our 6 week beginner's course will guide you through: - How to correctly engage your pelvic floor & core muscles. - How to incorporate breathing into your Pilates to gain the most benefit. - Exercises for your core, upper body, lower body, spine, balance, posture & strength. - Staring with basic movements & gradually building up to more difficult & strenuous exercises.


Cancellation Policy

We operate a 24 hours cancellation policy. Any class or session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
