Service Description

Our free taster session is a structured session that covers the basic principles of Mat Pilates & covers the fundamental exercises included in our classes. Suitable for those who have done Pilates previously & are new to the studio or those who are injury/symptom free and able to move on and off the mat without limitations. If you are experiencing symptoms, have a current injury or are managing long-term health issues, we strongly recommend our Assessment & Intro session so we can tailor the appointment to your individual needs & goals.
