Our 6-week beginner course contains all you need for those new to Pilates or who want to refresh their practice. The course includes six progressive classes that help to build & develop your core control, balance & stamina, as well as improve your posture, respiratory health & reduce stress levels. The course also includes short videos to help improve your posture, position & technique, meaning you get the most from each class.
