Our team brings together a wealth of experience and an exceptional skill set across the spectrum of physio, rehabilitation and Pilates.
Each team member has been selected for their passion for helping people improve their movement, health & quality of life, as well as their commitment to continually expanding their knowledge & expertise.
Rhiannon Alexander
Our full-time administrator, Rhiannon, is the friendly voice at the end of the phone or answering your emails.

Rhiannon ensures the studio runs smoothly & manages all of our diaries.

Rhiannon is instrumental in helping the studio deliver the highest possible standards of service as well as assisting in developing new services.
James
Barber
James is a valued member of our therapy & Pilates team working across all of our services.
​
James' area of interest is injury rehabilitation and sports injury management.
​
James is passionate about helping people get back to the sport/hobby they love with specialised rehab programmes.
As well as preventing injury with Postural Assessments & Pilates.
Lorna Brickman
Lorna is a passionate Pilates instructor who has also been working alongside Laura for almost ten years.
​
Lorna is also our resident Women's Health Physio with a specialist interest in helping women of all ages.
​
Lorna offers Women's Heath assessment & treatment, Mummy MOT's, 1:1 Pilates & group classes.
Fay
Borodinsky
Fay is an experienced Mat & Equipment Pilates instructor & has been working alongside Laura for the best part of a decade.
​
Fay's passion is in equipment Pilates. She offers groups Reformer classes as well as working closely with individuals in two-to-one Pilates sessions.
​
As well as her clinical work,
Fay is also a Physiotherapy Lecturer at Huddersfield University.
Laura
Franklin
Laura's specialist interest is helping individuals with persistent pain. Laura has been combining her experience in
the NHS, profession football, semi-professional rugby union & private practice with Pilates for over 10 years.
​
Laura enjoys offering a range of services including pain coaching, 1-to-1 Pilates sessions & group classes.
Caroline
O'Brien
Caroline has recently left her role as a Physiotherapy Lecturer at Bradford University to focus on her clinical work as a Neuro Physio & Pilates Instructor.
​
Caroline's role at LFR is split between day-to-day management of the studio and delivering Mat Pilates classes / intro sessions.
