Service Description

A Mummy MOT is a specialist postnatal examination for women following both vaginal and C-section deliveries. It will assess how your posture, pelvic floor muscles and stomach muscles are recovering after childbirth. Your Mummy MOT physiotherapist will provide you with gentle exercises and treatment to help with your recovery – and get you back on track with your fitness goals. This package also includes a follow up appointment & small equipment to use with home exercises.

We operate a 24 hours cancellation policy. Any class or session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
