Our 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

At LFR, we are committed to providing a fair and efficient booking experience for all clients. To maintain the quality and availability of our classes, we have implemented a clear cancellation policy:

• Classes must be cancelled or amended at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• You will not be able to cancel or amend your booking with less than 24 hours' notice on your LFR account or the App.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the full class fee.

If you are unable to attend a class, please use the form above to cancel your booking. This ensures that clients on the waiting list can be offered the space.

• Complete the cancellation form below with your details.

• This cancellation request will be sent directly to our central admin account.

• Even in cases of short-notice cancellations, your instructor will be informed.
