Our Personal Training Taster Session is the perfect way to explore our Strength & Fitness Studio and meet one of our expert coaches.
During your visit, your trainer will take time to understand your goals, background, and any injuries or challenges you’d like support with. You’ll then experience a personalised taster session designed to introduce you to our approach: focused, supportive, and tailored entirely to you.
It’s an excellent opportunity to discover how our coaching can help you feel stronger, move better, and train with confidence, all in a friendly, professional environment.

Our New Client Personal Training Package is the ideal way to begin your journey in our Strength & Fitness Studio and experience the benefits of training with our expert coaches.
Across three 60-minute sessions, your coach will work closely with you to build a clear understanding of your goals, movement patterns, and individual needs. Each session is fully tailored to you, blending education, progressive training, and ongoing support to help you move well, feel strong, and build lasting confidence in your body.
It’s a focused introduction to the way we work: professional, empowering, and entirely personalised.

Sessions are available in 30, 45, or 60-minute formats, giving you the flexibility to train effectively, whether you’re short on time or want a more in-depth session.
Each session is carefully tailored to you, blending evidence-based training with a supportive, motivating environment that helps you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best.
