Class Timetables

Where possible, we provide a minimum of two weeks’ notice for planned changes, such as instructor leave.

In the event of short-notice changes, due to factors like illness or adverse weather, we will communicate updates as promptly as possible.

Class cancellations are only made as a last resort, once all cover options and alternatives have been explored.

 

Cancellation Policy:
We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments and classes.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the session being charged in full.
