Private Pilates Sessions
Private one-to-one sessions offer the highest level of personalisation. You'll work directly with an experienced instructor who tailors every exercise to your goals, movement patterns, and physical history.
Whether you're a beginner wanting to build confidence or an experienced mover refining technique, private Pilates gives you space to progress at your own pace in a calm, fully equipped studio.

Our Pilates instructors are trained through leading physio-led education providers, including Polestar Pilates and the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI). With in-depth knowledge of anatomy, movement science, and injury management, they deliver sessions that are not only effective but also safe, adaptable, and grounded in clinical best practice.

Clinical Pilates: Pilates Gym
Our Clinical Pilates sessions are designed for those recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or addressing specific movement dysfunctions. These sessions focus on safe, targeted progress tailored to your unique needs and can be integrated with physiotherapy when appropriate.
Following an individual assessment, sessions take place in our dedicated Pilates gym, where up to four clients work simultaneously on personalised programmes under the close guidance of one expert instructor.
This small-group setting ensures individual attention while creating a calm, focused environment for recovery and progression.
