Caroline is a Physiotherapist with over 20 years of NHS experience, specialising in respiratory and neurological rehabilitation.
Alongside her clinical work, she is a Senior University Practitioner with 12 years of teaching experience and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education Practice (PGCHEP). She is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA).
She holds an MSc in Rehabilitation Studies and a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. Her movement training includes APPI Matwork certification, Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), and Elemental Yin Yoga certification. She is currently completing her full Reformer Pilates training, having already completed the first two levels.
With a passion for person-centred care, she specialises in supporting individuals living with neurological and long-term conditions, as well as those experiencing balance or mobility challenges. She finds great reward in witnessing clients’ progress and seeing meaningful improvements in function and quality of life. Her teaching and therapy are rooted in the belief that Pilates and yoga can empower people to connect with their inner strength and build confidence through movement.
