With personal experience of chronic health challenges and recovery from multiple surgeries, Laura brings empathy, clinical insight, and a commitment to evidence-based care. She is passionate about helping clients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love, using Pilates as a powerful tool within physiotherapy to create lasting change.
*Dave O’Sullivan is a globally recognised Physiotherapist and rehabilitation specialist known for his work with elite athletes, including Leeds Rhinos, Leicester Tigers, England Rugby League, England Rugby Union, as well as professional golfer & Master's champion, Danny Willett.
He is the founder of ProSport Academy, which delivers advanced clinical education to therapists seeking to bridge the gap between traditional rehabilitation and high-level performance. His flagship programme, the Go-To Therapist Mentorship, is designed for physiotherapists and sports rehabilitators who want to deliver exceptional, whole-person care. The mentorship is built on a modern, biopsychosocial approach that integrates strength and conditioning, movement retraining, and hands-on techniques.
Graduates of the programme are trained to assess and treat the root causes of pain and dysfunction, not just the symptoms. These therapists are equipped with the skills and clinical reasoning to support lasting recovery and optimal performance at every level. The result is a clear, progressive framework that empowers therapists to deliver faster, more effective outcomes and guide clients back to doing what they love with confidence.
