Jenny began her career in water sports and youth work, supporting young people to find confidence and purpose through outdoor adventure.
Life took a beautiful turn when Jenny became a mum. Like many parents, she poured everything into raising her children. While motherhood remains the most meaningful role in her life, it also led her to lose touch with herself—her body, her energy, and her spark.
That became the beginning of something new.
When Jenny returned to fitness, her goal wasn’t just to get strong, it was to reconnect with herself.
Now a degree-qualified coach, Jenny specialises in strength training and functional movement. Her background includes CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Exercise to Music, and Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise. She brings a powerful blend of energy, technical expertise, and a deep commitment to women’s health.
Along the journey to becoming a Personal Trainer, Jenny realised she wasn’t alone. Many others felt the same—stuck, stretched, and a little bit invisible.
This is why Jenny is so passionate about creating an environment where people feel empowered to grow stronger in every sense: physically, mentally, and emotionally. Her coaching style is inclusive, encouraging, and rooted in building confidence—at every stage of the fitness journey.
