With a background in rugby and football, James brings a breadth of experience to his coaching practice, having worked with a wide range of clients—from professional and Commonwealth athletes to university-level TASS (Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme) students.
James also has extensive experience supporting individuals across all stages of life, from age three to 72, developing tailored strength and conditioning programmes to address a variety of injuries and disabilities.
As a degree-level coach, James uses his knowledge & expertise to help clients grow in confidence through physical progress. Whether working with elite performers or supporting someone through rehabilitation, James is driven by the transformational impact that movement and strength can bring—both physically and mentally.
