Cancellation Policy

Laura Franklin Rehab – Cancellation Policy Laura Franklin Rehab operates a 24-hour cancellation policy. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment or class. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client. In the interest of treating all clients fairly, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, regardless of the reason. Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full. For clients using class passes or memberships, a missed class with less than 24 hours’ notice will be deducted from the pass or membership allocation. Cancellations must be made via the online booking system, by email, or by contacting the clinic directly. Messages sent via social media may not be received in time to process cancellations. Laura Franklin Rehab reserves the right to request pre-payment for future bookings if a client repeatedly fails to adhere to the cancellation policy. We also reserve the right to suspend or cancel memberships or class passes where this policy is repeatedly not followed. A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings for Intro sessions and workshops. This deposit is redeemable against any further purchase following the Intro session or workshop. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Laura Franklin Rehab in exceptional circumstances. By booking an appointment or class with Laura Franklin Rehab, you agree to this cancellation policy.
