I strive to reduce reliance on prescription medications and medical procedures wherever possible by prioritising a balanced, sustainable approach to wellness.

Over the years, I’ve faced my health struggles, including persistent pain, periods of low energy & chronic fatigue, brain fog & difficulty concentrating, mental health challenges & recovery from nine abdominal surgeries.
