Tailored to You
No two bodies move the same.
Your Intro Session allows us to understand your goals, history, and movement patterns—so we can recommend the right path, whether that’s 1:1 sessions, reformer classes, or matwork.
Technique Matters
Pilates is powerful—but only when performed with intension and control.
A structured intro helps us identify any underlying issues or imbalances before you join a class, minimising your risk of injury & maximising benefits.
Faster Results
With proper assessment and guidance from the start, you'll progress more quickly and confidently.
Your instructor can ensure you’re challenged at the right level from day one.
Consulting
Build Trust and Confidence
An Intro Session gives you time to meet your instructor, get familiar with the equipment, and feel at ease in the studio.
It's your opportunity to ask questions and start with confidence.

Can I join a group class without an intro?
We require all new clients to attend an Intro Session before joining any group Pilates classes. This ensures we understand your goals, assess your movement safely, and recommend the most appropriate class level for you. It’s our way of maintaining high-quality, personalised instruction and helping you get the most from your sessions.
What happens during a 60-minute session?
-
A detailed postural assessment
-
Functional movement screening
-
Strength testing
-
A brief Pilates session to introduce the equipment
-
Personalised recommendations for 1:1 or group classes
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how Pilates can support your body and a tailored plan to help you move forward with confidence.
Are Intro Sessions and Assessments covered by class passes?
Intro Sessions, including both the Free 30-Minute Mini Intro and the Comprehensive 60-Minute Assessment, are not covered by class passes.
They are stand-alone sessions designed to assess and guide your entry into our Pilates programme.
Once completed, you can use class passes for ongoing group sessions.
We also have monthly membership options that cover all of our group classes.
