Studio Policies

To ensure a smooth and positive experience for all clients, we have outlined the following policies regarding class and appointment cancellations, late arrivals, studio cancellations, and adverse weather conditions.

Class and Appointment Cancellations by Clients

​

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your class or appointment, please adhere to the following guidelines:

​

  • Cancellation Notice:
    Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a class or appointment without incurring a cancellation fee.

​

  • Late Cancellations:
    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows without any notice will result in clients being charged in full.

Late Arrivals

​

Punctuality helps ensure you receive the full benefit of your session or class.

​

  • Arriving Late to an Appointment:
    If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client. The full session fee will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may consider the appointment cancelled, and cancellation fees will apply.

  • Arriving Late to a Class:
    Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late to a class may not be permitted to join, as this can disrupt the flow of the session and impact other participants. The full class fee will apply.

Class Cancellations by the Studio

​

While we strive to keep all classes and appointments as scheduled, there may be instances when cancellations are necessary.

​

  • Studio-Initiated Cancellations due to Instructor Sickness:
    If the studio must cancel a class or appointment, we will notify all affected clients as soon as possible via email, phone, or text. Please ensure your contact details are up to date. 
    A full refund or rescheduling option will be provided for any studio-initiated cancellations.​

  • Studio-Initiated Cancellations Due to Holidays / Annual Leave

​

  • The studio will make every effort to arrange a cover instructor during periods of annual leave. If this is not possible, the class will be cancelled. We will endeavour to provide at least two weeks’ notice for any such cancellations.

  • Clients affected by studio-initiated cancellations will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • No refund will be offered if another instructor covers the scheduled class.

  • Minimum Attendance:
    Classes require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If a class does not meet the minimum requirement, it may be cancelled, and clients will be notified at least 6 hours in advance.

Adverse Weather Conditions

​

The safety of our clients & team is our top priority. During adverse weather conditions, we aim to balance safety with continuity of service.

​

  • Weather-Related Cancellations:
    If severe weather conditions make travel unsafe, the studio may cancel classes or appointments. Clients will be notified promptly via text & email. Please ensure your contact details are up to date. 
    In such cases, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

​

  • Client Weather Concerns:
    If you cannot attend a class or appointment due to adverse weather, please notify us as soon as possible. Late cancellation fees will apply if the studio is open and classes/appointments are running as normal.
