Mummy MOT® Assessment
Because your postnatal recovery deserves more than a quick check-up.
The Postnatal Check You Deserve
After childbirth, up to half of women may experience reduced pelvic floor and abdominal muscle strength; up to a third may still have a tummy gap by eight weeks postpartum.
These may lead to issues such as instability, back or pelvic pain, urinary or bowel problems, or sexual dysfunction, and should not be considered “just something you have to live with”.
At LFR, we are passionate about helping womenunderstand your postpartum body and create a pathway back to strength and control.
Book your Mummy MOT® today.
Who Should Have A Mummy MOT®

Women from around 6–8 weeks post‑birth to ANYTIME after.
Those experiencing:
Pelvic floor dysfunction
Bladder/bowel issues
Sexual issues
Back or pelvic pain
Abdominal separation (diastasis recti)
Returning to exercise and life after birth.
Women who may not have had a check‑up postnatally and want a comprehensive scan of their core/pelvic health.
What Is Included In Your Mummy MOT®
