At LFR Physio | Pilates | Fitness, we do things a little differently.
Rather than grading our classes by "level", we organise them by theme and intention, because your body’s needs can change from day to day. We encourage clients to choose sessions based on how they feel and what their body needs right now, not just what they think they “should” be doing.
At LFR, every class is intentionally designed to meet you where you are, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you're seeking calm, recovery, vitality, or strength, our class categories guide you to the right experience with clarity and confidence.
Each class is thoughtfully blended with the core pillars of our service offering: Physiotherapy, Pilates, and Fitness, ensuring every session is rooted in expert knowledge, functional movement, and evidence-based practice. Unwind
Definition: Classes that combine calming and gentle movement designed to release tension, improve mobility, and promote mindfulness.
Focus: Low-intensity classes focusing on breathwork, spinal articulation, gentle stretching, and restorative movement patterns.
Ideal For: Reducing stress, musculoskeletal tightness, or those seeking a low-impact recovery session.

Restore
Definition: A therapeutic movement class focusing on functional recovery, core stability, and postural realignment through intelligent sequencing.
Focus: Low-to-moderate intensity exercises emphasising postural control, pelvic stability, and joint alignment.
Ideal For: Clients managing injuries, persistent pain, long-term conditions, pelvic health concerns, or returning to exercise postnatally or after time off.

Energise

Define
Definition: A sculpting, strength-driven class that uses resistance, repetition, and precision to build muscle tone, resilience, and body confidence.
Focus: Moderate to high-intensity strength and endurance work, with an emphasis on core integration, postural alignment, and movement precision.
Ideal For: Clients aiming to build strength and muscular tone with intelligent, form-focused programming.
