What makes your clinic different?

We pride ourselves on providing personalised care. Everyone's health & wellness journey is different & we work with each client individually to ensure we tailor our services to their health needs & goals. We combine Physio, Pilates & Fitness all under one roof with a team of experts, all with their unique blend of knowledge & skills.

Our Physio approach is to find the true cause of the issue rather than just treating the symptoms and to provide personalised, effective treatment that not only resolves symptoms but also prevents them from returning.
Our Pilates is physio-led. We are the only Pilates Equipment studio in Leeds, and our sessions/classes combine our extensive knowledge of Pilates with anatomy, biomechanics, pathology, injury rehab, and pain management.
Our Fitness services offer Personal Training in our boutique gym, with one-to-one attention, so each session is tailored to you. Our group fitness classes follow the ethos of a personalised approach, with classes as small as four clients (depending on the class type).
