Do you offer fitness programs for injury recovery?


Yes, we specialise in fitness programs tailored for recovery and rehabilitation, ensuring exercises are safe and effective for those recovering from injuries or surgeries.  With our wide range of services, you can attend Physio, Pilates, & Personal Training all under the same roof with a team of experts who work together to help you achieve the best results.

Can I join a group class if I’m not very fit?


Absolutely! Our group classes are designed for all fitness levels. Instructors adapt exercises to suit individual abilities and ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.

How long are your fitness sessions?


Pt sessions & classes are 55 minutes.

Do you offer fitness assessments?


Yes, we conduct a full fitness assessment during your initial session to understand your fitness level, goals, and specific needs.

How do I get started with a fitness program?
 

You can either complete our online Fitness Enquiry form or contact the studio to speak to a member of the team. 

​

Do I need prior experience to start a program?


Not at all! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes.

​

Can I join if I have a medical condition?


Yes, we work with clients managing medical conditions & we can include in-put from our Physio & Women's Health team as required. 

We may require a medical clearance for certain conditions.

What should I wear and bring?


Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothing and appropriate footwear. Bring a water bottle and a towel. For rehabilitation sessions, any relevant medical records may also be helpful.

​How can fitness training help me recover from an injury?


Fitness training helps rebuild strength, improve mobility, and restore function after an injury. Our expert trainers ensure exercises are tailored to your recovery stage for optimal results.

Can fitness training improve my posture?


Yes, our programs focus on strengthening core and stabilising muscles, which can greatly improve your posture and alignment over time.

Will fitness training help me lose weight?


Yes, fitness training helps build muscle, burn calories, and improve overall metabolism. Combined with a balanced diet, it’s an effective way to reach weight loss goals.

How soon will I see the results?


Results depend on your goals and consistency. Most clients notice improvements in strength, endurance, and energy levels within a few weeks of starting.

What are the costs for Personal Training sessions & classes?

PT session price depends on our PAYG, block package or monthly membership options.

We also offer PAYG, class passes and membership options for classes.

Do you offer packages or discounts?


1-to-1, 2-to-2 & 3-to-1 sessions are available PAYG or block packages. 

Classes are available PAYG, class passes or monthly memberships.

What Equipment does your gym have?

​

The majority of our equipment is from Primal, ensuring the highest professional quality.

 

The gym has the following: 

Squat Rack 

20kg & 15kg Olympic bar 

Trap bar 

Functional Trainer 

Bench

Free weights 1kg - 40kg

Hamstring Curl & Leg Extensor 

Air Bike 

Battle Ropes

And a range of small equipment.

What if I’m nervous about starting?


It’s natural to feel nervous, but our team is here to guide and support you. We’ll start at a level you’re comfortable with and progress at a pace that suits you.

Can I bring a friend to train with me?
Yes, we offer semi-private training sessions for small groups. It’s a great way to stay motivated and share the experience with a friend. For 2-to-1 Personal Training Sessions please contact us for availability. 

Group classes can be booked via our Book Into Class page or by contacting the studio.

What if I have questions between sessions?
Feel free to contact us anytime! Our team is happy to answer your questions and provide guidance between sessions.
